Apostolate of Fatima – Blue Army

In August of 1946, Sister Lucia helped formulate the simple Fatima message pledge, better known as the Blue Army pledge:BLUE ARMY (Apostolate of Fatima)

1. To offer up every day sacrifices demanded by my daily duty;

2. To say part of the Rosary (five decades) while meditating on the mysteries; and

3. To wear the scapular of Mount Carmel. Members should go to confession once a month and receive Holy Communion every first Saturday.

The Blue Army at SS.C.D. meets in church every Tuesday evening at 6:00 p.m. to say the Rosary, Fatima prayers, and consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. All of this is toward the goal of the conversion of Russia and sinners, world peace, reparation to her Immaculate Heart. We have a petition box we place at the feet of Our Lady. Anyone can put a petition in, and all petitions are remembered in our Rosary.

The Blue Army collects no dues, nor is it a money making organization. Our Blue Army is strictly a prayer group.
